I beg to acknowledge the receipt of the communication received in reply to my application of June 29th, and regret to nete the decision.

Under the English Education Code a person with a University Degree counts only as an uncertificated Teacher unless the Degree is supplemented by a recognized certificate of proficiency in the Theory and Practice of Teaching, 0.6. The additional money voted for Education undar the scheme
